Wrinkly chest and neck be gone!
Did you know your neck (and chest in my case) ages twenty times faster than your face? Tell me about it! I have always worn sunscreen on my face and chest but the crepiness and lines on this thinnest part of the body seem to be unavoidable at any age post 45. Goodwood - I'm only here for the dancing!
One of my summer highlights is going to the the Three Friday Nights at Goodwood: eating, drinking, racing & raving! After seeing the Rolling Stones gathering absolutely no moss at their gig this year, I am even more determined that I will keep dancing no matter how old I am……….

Sara does the superb photography, I do the cooking and we both get to do the eating! It's a very mutually beneficial arrangement! This one is our twist on a salad nicoise, featuring salmon and silver anchovies as the heroes..........
I've been de-cluttering.........
My main rule was and still is: asking myself if I have worn this item in the last 2 years, does it fit, and do I feel fabulous wearing it? If the answer is no, it gets binned and so an awful lot of clothes went to other homes........
